First sesason highlights: Just having the opportunity to play a sport I never thought I'd have chance to. Being surrounded by a bunch of competitive guys who all want to help each other get better is an awesome feeling.
Advice to Rookies: Be willing to put forth the effort. There's no sugar coating how physical the sport is, but you'll learn to enjoy the hell out of it if you give it the chance.
